A fine and very rare Yearsley Yorkshire two handled earthenware jar of bulbous form with strong ribbed decoration and a wonderful olive green coloured glaze. The piece is in very fine condition with good decorative appeal.
Yearsley is located in the Howardian Hills near Easingwold Yorkshire, excavation has revealed pottery shards spanning many periods.
