A faience glaze pottery figure of a seated pug with glass eyes and decorated as a barrister with a catogan wig complete with bow.This rare,charming and comical figure is exceptionally well hand painted with a lacy collar and cuffs on floral blue striped jacket barbeaux pattern. The pug is expressively modeled with an impressive over bite.
