English early delftware pottery blue dash dish of the Temptation of Adam and Eve,

Dated: c. 1670 to c. 1680 Probably London England

Antique earthenware delftware tin glaze dish in polychrome colours with a spectacular depiction of the Temptation of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
The dish is decorated with a blue dash border and has three stilt marks on the front.
An early example from the circa 1670-80 period and probably of London origin.

Dimensions: 3.00 inch high

Diameter: 14.00inch

Medium: delft tin glaze delftware pottery ceramic

Current Condition Fine condition with a feint stable hairline.
