A rare pair of English delftware pottery flower bricks (frogs) painted with a scene of a fisherman in a rocky landscape with buildings, the sides of the bricks are wonderfully decorated with an exotic bird.The pair are of small form and painted in blue and manganese on a soft pale blue ground and are of Liverpool or Bristol origin mid 18th century.

Current Condition Restored to glaze frits at rim, some minor chips and hairline.
